Make your laptop or PC as a WIFI router. I .Send files from your pc or laptop using your pc or laptop as WiFi

Here you can learn how to use Pc or  laptop as a wifi router.

For Wifi you download software connectify-me software as shown in snapshot 2.  By this software  you can send files .

1.To Transfer files Drag & drop that file into that client as shown below. 

2.To use your laptop or pc as WiFi , click on start Hotspot button
